Anthony is the founder and managing partner of AWB Law, P.C. Anthony Burton has spent his career litigating and fighting on behalf of his clients whether their needs arise from an injury, a real estate dispute or a business dispute. Anthony works closely with his clients to evaluate appropriate legal strategies and to develop a plan which will help his clients accomplish their goals as efficiently as possible. Anthony is a tireless advocate for his clients and has tried several jury and bench trials successfully on behalf of his clients.

Anthony is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of California, the United States District Court for the Central District of California and the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. Anthony is a member of the Executive Committee of the Real Estate Section of the and Orange County Bar Association, a Board Member of the Robert A. Banyard Inn of Court, an Associate Board Member of Project Self OCBF (Formerly Orange County Bar Foundation), a member of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association, a member of the Celtic Bar Association, a member of the Government Affairs Committee of BOMA Orange County.

Jordan Santana

Associate Attorney

Jordan graduated Summa Cum Laude and ranked 9th in his class from Western State College of Law in 2023. He previously interned at the Orange County District Attorney’s Office within the Major Fraud Unit assisting with pretrial brief writing and discovery review. Also, he worked as an intern with personal injury law firm Ledezma Robles & Tomic LLP. After passing the bar, he joined AWB Law as an associate attorney. He believes that dedication and commitment to every case will deliver results that will meet and exceed client expectations.

Danielle Morgan

Paralegal

Danielle was a Division 1 track and field athlete at California State University of Long Beach, where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science, with an emphasis in Community Health. Out of college, she started working as a behavioral therapist in Special Education. After a few years in education, she shifted her career path into the legal field. In her 4+ years in law, she has gained experience in Criminal Defense, Personal Injury and Family Law. She has worked on many high-profile cases, some of which involved murders, human trafficking, fraud, domestic violence, manslaughter and more. Danielle is very passionate about helping others and being a good mother to her son. Her hobbies are watching and playing hockey, enjoying live music, volunteering, and traveling when possible.
